BetaGuard PM

As both a manufacturer and an integrator, MSI can design a complete engineered system to coordinate multiple ducts, stacks, probes and sample lines sequenced into single or multiple gas analyzers.  We can also apply the same technology to process control of specialized systems.

All components are mounted in racks set up for easy maintenance and electrical connection.  The system can be installed in a special, high quality environmental enclosure or located in a specified area within the customer's plant.

Gases such as TRS, SO2, NO, NOx, CO2, H2S and CO, as well as volatile organic compounds (VOC's) and hydrocarbons, are the gases that can be monitored with an MSI system.  Accurate and reliable data are possible even under conditions of high temperature, high vacuum or pressure, high moisture content or high opacity.

For particulate concentration measurement in stacks and ducts, the MSI BetaGuard PM continuous source particulate monitor provides a new level of reliable real-time measurement.  Click here for more information on the MSI BetaGuard PM.

After assembly and a complete system test, all equipment is run in the automatic calibration mode for one week prior to shipment.  To eliminate the possibility of damage, we deliver your system to the project site using a dedicated professional carrier with air ride equipment.

Before turning the system over to you, we provide a multi-volume set of installation, operation and maintenance manuals and conduct extensive training that stresses a hands-on approach to learning.  We also maintain a continual dialogue with each of our customers after installation to track system performance and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Our field service support is available for installation supervision, start-up, certification testing, federal and state required quarterly audits, annual RATAs and system troubleshooting.
